Floyd Kaingu Kaingu, fondly called Pastor Floyd is a Zambian Gospel Minister in both word and song who was born and raised in Lusaka.

 

His love for music started when he was still at a very young age as a Boys Brigade in UCZ and as a Youth leader in Grace Ministries Mission International ( GMMI). He has been ministering for over 25 years at various platforms. Professionally an accountant and tax consultant, Floyd also Pastors His Kingdom Life Church an emerging church right in the heart of Lusaka. Sold out to spreading the gospel of Christ through preaching and singing, Floyd has written many songs. He has also featured on some prominent Zambian artists albums like Ephraim son of Africa and Pastor Leo.

 

Early on Floyd led a singing group called Shiloah Fountain of Praise in the 90's and pioneered a mighty wave of Gods' move among young people hosting concerts and mentoring young ministers. He actively served as worship leader in GMMI and later worship Pastor until he was called to Church Pastoring.

 

His music ministry draws  inspiration from local and  international artists/ministers like Marvin Sapp, Kirk Franklin, Donnie Mcclurkin, Maverick, Benjamin Dube and countless Zambian artists.
