The Essence of Christ has come a long way . The Band began as the Essence of Christ  band in the Year of 2015 . Pioneers Being Friday Phiri and Joseph Nyangu ,including other handful committed Team Members. The band has time after time been performing in different functions .The Mission of the Essence of Christ is to see God Glorified  through praise and worship and that the songs blesses masses throughout the world.The Band is made up with Members from different Bible Believing Churches ,which makes the team more united and focused at seeing Jesus lifted high. The Band has about 20 Team members ,composers , lead guitarist ,drummers and etc.
